Tell Us About Your Dream Project

Phase 1:

Evaluate

Every custom home renovation project starts with a conversation. We want to fully understand how you live and work within your home. We want to have a deep awareness of your vision and the tangible, functional changes you expect in your new space. Maybe your home is not something you’re proud of, or you just don’t have enough space – we need to know that so we can create the space of your dreams.

EVALUATE

Phase 2:

Design & Assess

Once we have a full understanding of what parts of the home renovation process are most important to you, our certified and experienced design professionals work to bring your vision to life. We will develop 3D renderings of the custom-renovated interior space to help visualize the proposed enhancements. During our custom design process, one of our experienced Project Developers will be working with you to really analyze and assess the existing condition of your home.

We want to carefully evaluate what is there – what is behind those walls and in that soffit? It is important for us to evaluate the home as intensively as possible to best root out the potential of any surprises during your home renovation.

Phase 3:

Materials Selection & Mobilization

Once we have developed the framework of your custom home renovation project, we continue to collaborate to select and identify all of the materials necessary to complete your project. We meet at our industry-leading renovation design center where we catalog samples of the materials we need to complete your project, from exterior stone and siding to cabinets, tile, and hardwood.

We also select all of the plumbing, lighting, and accessories you need to complete a top-quality renovation. Our transparent process keeps the cost of these materials clear, so our clients can make educated decisions along the way. While all of this is happening, our Project Managers and Operations Team will be working with the municipality on any necessary approvals and permits. We want to make sure that when your custom renovation design is complete, we’re able to start the work right away. We are excited to help your vision come alive as quickly as possible!

Phase 4:

Furnish & Decorate

As an optional service to help complete your home renovation, we’re thrilled to be able to support you and assist you in completing your vision through space planning, organization, and furniture layout. From the supply and selection of custom furniture and upholstery to choosing the perfect window treatment, no top-quality home remodeling project is complete without attention to the details.

Phase 5:

Transparent Execution

Once we start your custom renovation project, you’ll have full access to a web-based portal that contains all of the necessary documents and details on your  project. That’s where you’ll find all costs and updates, as well as our actual construction schedule. You’ll be able to log in and know the exact cost of your project, the work that is happening this week, and, if you happen to forget what everything will look like, you can even take a look at the drawings and selections we’re using to complete your project!

We not only measure our success by our client’s satisfaction but also by the efficiency and timing it takes to start and complete your project. It’s our commitment to limit potential disruptions that might impede the completion of your custom home renovation project and complete our work as quickly as possible.

So, that’s our process. Let’s get started on your custom home renovation. It starts with you telling us all about your dream project and ends with that dream coming alive before your eyes. Tell us about your dream project today!
